These can be input and made effective immediately or given an ‘effective date’ in the future (which Act-isure handles automatically) – avoiding the need for pending files and/or diary notes. All premium and accounting implications are automatically calculated and applied as. The claims system is immediately aware of changes that affect benefit eligibility.
- Comprehensive notes system and reminders to ensure tasks are not missed
- Captures inbound documents (images, emails etc.) and outbound documents against client/policy giving, together with the note functionality, a comprehensive contact history and avoiding the ‘paper mountain’ many offices encounter.

- Act-isure fully conforms to BACS rules regarding notice periods and ensures that collections and invoices are promptly generated even during periods of adjustment to the policy
