All Activus projects are based on the PRINCE2 project management standard.  We provide a full set of project management services as part of an Act-isure implementation together with higher level programme management services for larger projects

This means that all projects start with the production of the Project Initiation Document (PID) which outlines the objectives, scope, CSF’s, required resources and plan for the project.  At the conclusion of the PID the majority of project costs are then able to be placed on a fixed or firm basis.  PRINCE project management principles are then applied to the ongoing governance, steering and management of the project.  We pride ourselves that Act-isure projects come in on time and on budget as a consequence of this attention to detail.
