Act-isure is an intuitive system allowing rapid and well signposted navigation within the system.  The application encourages clients to use names and not numbers.  Act-isure makes intelligent choices for its users and provides useful information at precisely the correct time and place.  Integrated modules means that users never need to write anything down when moving around the application, from policy to claims for example.

Act-isure uses insurance language not codes.  Finally the levels of automation embedded in Act-isure has turned some, formerly expert tasks, into roles that lesser skilled people can also complete. 

The net effect – training, our client’s tell us, is much shorter on Act-isure than on comparable systems.  New users can become productive on Act-isure in hours.  Temporary staff can quickly become useful when dealing with business peaks and troughs.
