As part of our business improvement services, Activus consultants have experience of the construction of performance management frameworks including Balanced Scorecards, EFQM, BEM and bespoke frameworks.  Consultancy services are available to assist clients construct the most effective framework.  In the Act-isure context, scorecards will be populated from the Act-isure Management Information Database, a repository of all Act-isure data, automatically extracted from the production database at a frequency determined by the client.
