Tracking the performance of a company in real time – whether its service levels, turnaround times, cost targets or work in process – can be made simple by the implementation of performance management products provided by Activus.

These can be implemented as part of an Act-isure implementation project or as a separate project.  Act-isure clients typically implement the Act-isure Performance Management Extension (PME).  PME, a business process management tool (BPM)  can be loosely coupled or more tightly integrated with Act-isure to allow clients to exert a high degree of control over business processes and specific business projects.
