Increasingly our development work is targeted at browser/mobile delivery and we are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work as part of our Consulting Team with our customers and consultants to define requirements, and with our development and technical staff to define solutions. You’ll be based from our Bristol office with some travel likely.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, documenting and prioritising requirements from a variety of sources
  • Creating both current and future usage scenarios and integration options
  • Creating acceptance criteria
  • Producing wireframes, user stories and functional specifications
  • End to end product ownership
  • Producing a repeatable analysis/design solution for future browser/mobile projects

Essential:

  • 3 years + experience in a similar role including working with clients
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM Methodologies
  • Full lifecycle experience of a web development project
  • Experience and skills to define the requirements capture approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, sufficient to present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work with a team but also can self-manage

Desirable:

  • Product owner experience in agile software development project
  • Previous experience in product roadmap and forward thinking
  • Responsive design and multi-platform experience
  • Business level proficiency of Mandarin/French or any other European language
