Third party administrators benefit from the ability of Actisure to manage complex products (often those that carriers wish to outsource) and the fact that they can be configured rapidly. Actisure can also be deployed as a full end to end system or by module. TPAs can therefore use Actisure to manage distinct processes (policy processes or claims processes for example) on behalf of their client. Actisure’s BPM module which measures and manages the cost and service levels being provided by core processes also helps the TPA manage core business processes to negotiated service levels.
